原是专为同步电机定子绕阻分相数次嵌线而制作的专用箱系统。用作于定子绕阻数次分相嵌线和扩口，槽满率较高定子，嵌好后电磁次级感应线圈绕阻分布错落有致。电磁次级感应线圈绕阻材质伤线，该机主要包括嵌线针把隔绝纸和电磁次级感应线圈一个性内嵌定子中，嵌线快速快高效率更高。该机有手動、单步、电脑定时两种事业模式，以便作业者调试程序和电脑定时作业。该机主要包括触感屏显视器，不美观大胆，作业利于。把控模式：西门子FX系列表可和程序编写把控器和40SS筒易健身把控器。该机有系统故障问题检查性能，常考系统故障问题均能在显视器上显视。
Special equipment for embedding coils into stator, it can be embedded multi-times. Suitable for multi-times embedding and expanding stator coils with high filling ratio. It comes out that winding coils arranged in neat rows. Windings damage is not easily occurred. It’s efficient by using special needle to embed insulation paper and coils in stator one time.The machine has three working methods, manual, single-step, automatic, so it is easy for debugging and automatic working. This machine applies touch screen , beautiful, easy operating.Control method: Mitsubishi FX series PLC and 40SS simple motion controller.This machine has the function of Built-in self-test, common errors can be displayed.
